Return/Refund policy

Currently, Fasnon permits returns in the following situation


1. The product that you received is damaged.

2. The product that you received is defective.

3. The wrong product was delivered to You

4. The delivered items didn't have the ordered products


Within 15 days of receiving the order, you may ask for a refund or a replacement in any of these situations. Note: Availability of stock is a determining factor in cases when replacement is necessary. Should a replacement not be available, you will receive a complete refund. The following situations will stop returns being not accepted


1. If a request is made after the order has been delivered for 15 days

2. The item is utilized or modified

3. The product gets harmed as a result of client abuse or overuse. Returned items may be .

4. A modified serial number

5. Products that are defective and covered by a guarantee from the seller or manufacturer

6. without price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or other accessories; or 5. if the original packaging is damaged.


In case of prepaid order the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. The reverse product request will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 2-5 working days. After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice.
